This place is joke!!! Never open, only by apt & they never answer the phone or return calls .I'll never do my taxes here again. Done them here for years & this year couldn't reschedule my apt. I missed it because a family member was in a terrible accident in a semi truck. It was all over STL & local news. They refused to call me back after leaving dozens of messages. So I will not be getting my tax return this year & maybe have trouble with the IRS. After messing with this joke of a place it's too late to file unless I do it... read more
