We had gotten a letter stating a form was not allocated from HR Block and the irs had to do it and allocated it themselves, (which took more weeks to fix and get our return) if they don’t file your taxes correctly a refund should be issued and they denied the refund, the front desk lady said to me I should’ve had my mother prepare them since she verified they didn’t fill out the proper paperwork and has done taxes for years, extremely unprofessional behavior and disrespect to us paying them $371 to file our taxes and miss th... read more
