Do NOT use this place, you will regret it. I went in to get help, had 6 years worth of taxes I was behind on and needed to catch up. My "preparer" was Theresa, who: 1) Barely speaks English 2) Mumbles everything she says so you constantly have to ask her to repeat everything. 3). Horrible experience. My tax preparer was nice but she spoke very little English. After explaining 5 different times about my amended return for 2020 and needed to beat the April 15 deadline for my 2021 return, she said "don't worry" just leave your paperwork or W2's with me and I'll figure it out. I thought maybe due to her limited English she'd figure out the paperwork. 24 hours later she calls, e mails and is calling me "David" and says she can't do it and refers me to the HR Block Tavares office. I’ve been going here for 10 years and never had any complaints until today. While I was waiting a woman that works there named Evelyn was extremely rude. If she had been the person doing my taxes I would have taken my business elsewhere.
