Horrible customer experience. I went to get returns amended... Ana Palma misscalculated TWO of my returns, one which I luckily caught but unfortunately one I did not. Attempted to get back in contact through the HR block portal to resolve the issue, but the communication from HR Block has been just horrendous. I get I am not their only customer, but I have gone 10 days at this point with no response other then "Ana is not in and I'm transfering you to another agent".. followed by crickets. I've done my taxes with H&R block for more than 10 years. Last year was the first time they wanted to do a "virtual" return, so I did not go in person. It was all done on the computer and there was a lot of back and forth with the tax office, asking questions and waiting for a reply that just left me with more questions. In the end I completed the process and signed all the forms electronically, but they did not ask for my bank account information. Words cannot describe how awesome these guys are they know everything there needs to know about taxes. I did a walk in and was help by two awesome people Jennifer and James and they not only helped me they went above and beyond and really helped my situation. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
