Currently trying to reach someone at this location but I've not received a call back and was hung up on because I supposedly didn't pay for some extra BS. My Taxes were rejected by the IRS so I then had to mail them in I was told by the Rep.i went ahead and overnighted them to assure no issues, fast forward 3 months and I receive a letter from the IRS asking for proof of itemized items!!! (SHOULD BE FILED AS STANDARD DEDUCTION) I've filled out and tried to fax to the number given, mailed, called all no answers with the IRS. ... read more
