I had absolutely the best experience at the Dothan location by TJ Maxx. Mrs. Donna Keys she was beyond helpful. Were it not that I'm trying to start a business and she doesn't handle business taxes I would go to her every year. The entire office was pleasant and I couldn't be happier. Definitely recommend 10 out of 10!!!!!!
I have used Ms. Gwendolyn several times. She is knowledgeable and kind and always such a pleasure to work with. The office staff is helpful and professional as well. You can make appointments online and that was convenient for me.
This was my first time filing. Princess was very jnformative and helpful with preparation. Princess explained the entire proceess. I will return again.
