Let me be very clear. I’m sure that every other associate at this specific H&R Block location is wonderful based on the many positive reviews I have seen. But Gwendolyn was absolutely awful and rude. Her tone, attitude, and demeanor were far, FAR from professional. I do not mean to deface anyone or the company at all. But the way we were treated was unacceptable.
My tax preparer was knowledgeable and efficient.
