Please avoid this place. Maybe it was just my tax lady but they had no idea what they were doing. Did not know how to operate a computer. Had to consistently ask for other tax preps for help and assistance. After the struggles at the end they still tried to charge me through the roof. I was able to talk them down to half the price but it was still an arm and leg.

I don't give no star,I do not recommend to nobody,my taxes was prepared in January and was supposed to be direct deposit on March 6 and it's March 21,no refund,no answers,but alot of lies.ive called manger( Mandy) and district ( Tracy) still no answers ,I chose direct deposit,why was it mailed,and my refunds is just out there lost,and they don't care
