Do not go here! First time using them this year because both of my parents died and I needed help with estate taxes after selling their home. They didn't work on it for 20 days, I got a text saying the IRS had denied my return. When I called the receptionist said he had no idea what the text was and was asking if I had paid yet. I am writing this as a warning to others thinking about going to this office to file their taxes. My experience with this establishment has been nothing short of disappointing and unprofessional. First and foremost, it became evident that the staff lacked the necessary knowledge and expertise to handle basic inquiries regarding the tax drop-off process. Paulette was amazing she took her time was, very helpful and she explained everything to me, she took her time to search an made sure I was getting the correct child credit back. She was great
Red flags all over this buisness. 2 years in a row I've had troubles with this office. Last year I went into the office and signed the filing and never received a return. When I followed up they said I didn't go into the office and sign? (Tood me I,never came in.......) They emailed me something to sign and it held up the filling. Nobody tried to reach out, No phone call, no prompt, no apologies. Was told it was my fault.
