STAY AWAY!!! Horrible treatment of customers!!!! Have been trying to get a manager to call back for 4 days now and no response. Mistake made by a “tax pro” that should have been caught and wasn’t. Very disappointing. Wish there was a no star!
i scheduled an appointment, they texted me to confirm my appointment. when i went in i was told i made an appointment with nobody, how does this make any sense? very unprofessional and totally wasted my time
I have used H&R Block for several years. Met is efficient and prepares my taxes in a quick manner. Would recommend.
The Agent I used here retired this year, This year my returns ended up being mailed in. I was expecting a direct deposit again as David "retired " always did. Nope not this time. I could have filed my taxes online and saved $188.00 myself but I don't know how to direct deposit them. Anyway, my new agent was nice but I won't get my refund for weeks instead of next day.
