I recently had an experience that left me quite disappointed due to the poor manners and lack of helpfulness displayed. From the outset, the staff seemed uninterested and inattentive. Basic courtesies, such as greetings or polite responses, were noticeably lacking. When I asked for assistance, my concerns were met with indifference, and the help provided was minimal at best. STAY AWAY!!! Horrible treatment of customers!!!! Have been trying to get a manager to call back for 4 days now and no response. Mistake made by a “tax pro” that should have been caught and wasn’t. Very disappointing. Wish there was a no star!
i scheduled an appointment, they texted me to confirm my appointment. when i went in i was told i made an appointment with nobody, how does this make any sense? very unprofessional and totally wasted my time
