Had my taxes done by H&R for over 14 years, I’m divorced and have the right to file my son every other year, 2024 was my final year of claiming him because he turned 18 and graduated from high school. Brenda from the abbe rd branch always took care of me, this year it seemed she could careless and the receptionist was a total moron, I had to file a amendment and turn it in to the IRS myself, never had to do this in the past. Pretty awesome h&r block got me in same day and it was the day before taxes were due which was fantastic they got me in so quick and then they got my taxes done very quick less than a half an hour and let me use a coupon code for $150 off pretty sweet. Tanya was great very easy to work with
