Great service if they show up, or let you know when they want to reschedule an appointment. 3 times last year I walked in for an appointment with Jeri, and 3 times I walked in to find out that she wasn't there. Didn't ever get a call to let me know, and i always show up early. This year I gave them another chance, but same damn thing happened again. Jeri did such a great job helping me with my taxes I would definitely go back to this location and specifically her! She’s so professional and we got done super fast!
DON’T GO HERE. I’ve been a customer since 2019. I’ve never paid fees this high before. Usually it cost me anywhere from 200$- 300$. None of the fees the added on made sense. I was rushed to sign everything and left confused.It cost me over 500$ to file my taxes here. I’m praying they were done correctly. This is the last year I’ll be using H & R block.
I love who does my taxes. Jerri helped me so much and had my best interest in mind at all times. Thank you for helping me;.
