I tried filing my taxes on the app but it kept telling me it was rejected so I went into a office to get help and all they did was give me a number to call... I couldn't get ahold of the number so I tried to call to schedule a appointment with them to get them done but they wouldn't get me a appointment and then hung up on me. I'm very angry and upset. They didn't even try to help.
