Angela Mitcheltree was my tax specialist and she was amazing I had taxes that needed to be caught up she was a huge help for me very patient and made sure that I got the most I could for all my returns very flexible and was just overall amazing I would recommend and have her office to anybody needing taxes done and want to be sure they are getting what they should
This was my 2nd year having my taxes done with Angela at the Lock Haven location. She was very nice and made the process so fast and easy. She's also ridiculously good looking. Highly recommend. 5 stars!

I had an uncommon thing on my taxes early this year that I was not sure how to do so I got an appointment here to see if they could help me in person. They had never heard of what I was trying to do (I had paid taxes on money I had never received from my job so was trying to get the tax money back through a claim of right). They had to ask someone from another office who supposedly had heard about it before. I tried filing my taxes on the app but it kept telling me it was rejected so I went into a office to get help and all they did was give me a number to call... I couldn't get ahold of the number so I tried to call to schedule a appointment with them to get them done but they wouldn't get me a appointment and then hung up on me. I'm very angry and upset. They didn't even try to help.
