Horrible customer service. I went in today and needed some simple help and the man (short, tan, with hyper pigmentation on his face) talked to me like he couldn’t believe I was stupid enough to go in a think they would help me. I just needed information about who to fax some papers too and he basically told me that I would have to pay $100 for him to help me. Instead he offered vague advice and shooed me out the door.
