Quick and efficient 100% going to keep using them in the future.
The last 4 years, had to pay taxes and charged $250+ for them to do it. This year, did turbo tax, got $600 state and $1300 Federal. Never again H&R Block
Extremely disappointed in our experience with Chris Hall. We used him last year and had a great experience, but this year, we had terrible customer service leading up to submission (hard to get ahold of, ignored emails with information he requested) and then he submitted our return with an error that led to overpaying by a significant amount. I informed him of the error on 4/16 and I have called, emailed, and messaged him at least 15 times and he continues to tell my husband and I that he will submit our amendment, but after... read more
