The customer service is always great at H&R Block. Judy did my taxes this year, and she is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. She really knows her way around tax forms. It's really good to have the right people on your side!
The staff at H&R Block are great - they are always friendly and professional. And Grace did an awesome job on my tax return again this year. My return has more than 18 forms and other pieces of information, and she powered through it all with a great attitude. Some of the forms were very complicated, too.
We made an appointment with Grace Hansen at 11 am. But she took a walk-in customer right before 11 when she shouldn't have. We waited for over 30 minutes and had to leave. She wasted our time and effort because she took a walk-in customer right before our appointment time, knowing that it would interfere with our appointment. We will never makes appointments with her again.
Great customer service! Grace Hansen is amazing!!
