If I could put 0 I would. After multiple weeks of our irs tracker still not updating we went back to speak with our tax professional Sheila Bundgus to see what was going on. She had no idea on what to do, kept giving us multiple turn arounds and had no idea how to fix her mistake. The front desk actually had to step in and call a lead tax professional from another office to finally call us and fix her mistake. Do your research before picking your tax professional.
