We moved to N. Dallas recently and needed to get last year's taxes done and needed someone who understood Marketplace for medical and IHSS from California. Dena was amazing. When I called, she right away understood Marketplace 1095-A. We made a same day appointment. As my husband and I sat with her, she was friendly, KNOWLEDGABLE and professional. Went into a new H&R Block today to file my taxes because usually I have a good experience with H&R Block. Upon entering the Hispanic lady that services the front desk area laughed when she confirmed my last name as if a white woman can’t have a different type of last name than Smith or Jones. Great place to file all my taxes. The staffs are so friendly, especially Mr Gopichand who is a senior tax advisor who has helped me to solve my IRS issues assisting me throughout the process until it is resolved fully. He has been very thorough with all the TAX and IRS related questions and suggested me with all the possible solution. Great guy to work with.
