WORST experience!!! Several issues I faced with my filing for this year with Jennifer Holmes. 1) I had to follow up several times to get a response 2) Several mistakes in the filing including the dollar amount. They reported millions of dollars incorrectly. AH! 3) When I asked to refile, there was no response till the date theiroffice was closed for tax season. 4) She didn't share the client copy till date. DO NOT GO HERE. The manager is HORRIBLE. They offer NO HELP WHEN THEY MESS UP!!! They did not adjust paperwork and i got deducted twice from the government. Mind you they said “you are all good!” Then i got notified it was still being deducted, i sent a email weeks ago to confirm i paid already and i was IGNORED. We paid the extra fee for help if something were to happen and when we called we were told you have to deal with yourself. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are charging more than $400 for tax return, and not transparent in pricing , until last minute they don’t tell you the fee ,it’s totally not fair and disappointing, I don’t recommend this to any one as they charge too much !
If you do your taxes through the H&R Block On-line service, the local H&R Block personnel cannot help you without charging a minimum $200 consulting fee. They wanted that fee to 'validate' what I already paid $85 for their software to do.
