The H&R tax associate, Cheryl Stone, worked on my 2023 tax return at the last minute, and got it out in time before October 15th, the day my extension would expire. She was professional, polite, friendly, and easy to talk to.
Try to charge me $400 to do my taxes, and when I said no thank you, they immediately became a very rude and told me, exact words, go do them somewhere else then
Tania did an outstanding job. Found us enough deductions to actually get a refund this year! She did my taxes quickly, even though we were so close the deadline. Thank you!
