I brought my mother, who suffers with dementia, into this H.R. Block location. Her tax papers were a mess and mixed in with hundreds of useless papers. Our tax professional , Kristina, was beyond patient and help dig all the needed paperwork out of the mess. I have been stressing for weeks but now have a feeling of the utmost relief. I am truly grateful
