They try to be friendly, but don't count on an appointment unless you have time to kill. Two appointments turned into almost 2 hours of waiting between the two. The first appointment they took a walk in right before my scheduled appointment. They're nice but they have no respect for your time whatsoever.
Laurie Shadoan at HR Block was wonderful.
Do not get your taxes done at H&R Block. They charge you too much and they're a waste of time and a joke. Do not go here.
