Terrible place to do taxes i never would have thought they would lie to gain a customer how sad i was promised no fees or interest rates with the emerald advance loan by Dana the one from around Christmas i was told i just had to pay it back by march 31st and there would be no extra charges and here i am now in march going to pay it and i owe far more than i should have absolutely annoying i do not trust H&R block anymore its not professional at all literally just scammed me :(
The new store manager is so hateful and rude I would be embarrassed to have her running a store is I was the owner. I have been filing taxes with h&r block for years. I think after this year I will be taking my business elsewhere. Do better H&R block Pittsburg KS. Life is rough enough to have to deal with unprofessional people.
Dana did our tax's, and now we can't get ahold of her or any one at the office. Routing number is to H&R block so they are probably running off with our money. What else am I to assume.
It cost too much to file I had less stuff than last year and it costs 100 more than the year b4 575 is alot when I coulda done it my self but I don't know how.
