Actually NO STARS... Extremely RUDE! False advertising, & misleading. Did not want to be there and even mentioned that she'd rather be asleep @ 9am on a Saturday morning appointment... should find a new job then. Maybe one that is year round and M-F. Not our problem. Suggested that we wanted something for free... which was very untrue. However, when I am a paying customer I expect to get quality service... we walked out. I would rather drive 30 miles and pay more to get decent service than pay for less than par.
