I have been using Veronica, the senior tax accountant at this h&R block for 3 years now. I called and scheduled my appointment. My appointment was scheduled for 4:30. I arrived around 4:23 by 4:53. I still had not been seen. Upon arriving Veronica came out and said she was running a little behind which was fine. However I got upset, considering I had to leave.
