Dont go there, Violet is a very rude agent spoke to my mom in a way that a customer shouldn’t get treated. It was very rude and very disrespectful for how they treated my moms matter, it was her first time going there and they treated my moms first time with rudeness and disrespectful which caused her blood pressure high and her diabetes also, we had to take her to the hospital to get checked out. I recommend not to go there…..

Violet Jordan- Adams was incredibly rude when I came in on 11/03/2025. I was the first one in when they opened to make sure I had the correct appointment time (two different appointment times on my reminder email). I went to ask her if I could speak to my tax preparer (Donna, who is amazing she doesn't deserve the 1 star) and she snapped at me so quickly telling me to sit down twice in a row in the meanest tone. Do not go though them they don't know how to return calls when have a question we had violet Adam's do r taxes and we have left massage after massage for over a week and she just don't know how to call back we will not be going back very unhappy with them
