Hector Marquez-Cordova does a great job. He's friendly and answers all our questions and gives an explanation we can understand.
My experience with this H&R Block was atrocious. I will never use them again. I could have filed my taxes myself with how long they took and saved myself a lot of money. They took over a week to file what should be relatively simple taxes. Our tax “professional”, Kecheia, seemed very overwhelmed handling multiple W-2s and K-1s.
