Expert and timely service
20 years with H&R Block after this last time I will look for a new place to do my taxes from now on ;( and when i have an appointment I don’t want u trying to to do my taxes and some one else. We’re u are trying to hurry though my request and miss stuff that I’ve asked you to do .
I had to edit my post due to the experience I had after I posted. Susan Brown at H and R Block should not be allowed to do taxes ever again. She was awful to work with, the information she provided was inaccurate and when it came down to trying to get any answers from her or fix the several errors she made, she wouldn't speak to me. I will never use H and R Block because of Susan Brown and strongly advise anyone else to not use her too.
Susan Brown is the most incompetent and nonresponsive tax professional perhaps of all time. She made errors with our taxes and we received a letter from the state. Not only did it take her over two weeks to respond, when we provided her the letter in response to her message she has now ghosted us. There is no way to get in touch with anyone else at HR block, and we have now called, emailed, and sent messages for six weeks to no avail.
