I had an issue many years ago where I purchased the insurance. I got audited that year and hr block told me it wasnt their problem. So I avoided using then for about 10 yrs. We tried them this year and the lady messed up my wife's injured spouse claim. Now we need to have it fixed but no one answers the phones and no one is there when they are open. It's getting very frustrating as our taxes always take a super long time as is. We will not make the mistake of going through them ahain.
