Customer service is very poor from the lady who sits on the right side in the nook. My soon to be husband and I wanted to see how to go about things. She automatically started getting rude to him to the point of almost yelling at him about how taxes should be filed and how it all works. She wasn't really making any sense of what she was saying but she did point out to me that I need to be more choosy about who I end up with and, " she's glad that I'm getting rid of him."
