unfortunately had a bad experience with everyone except Briana. the older ladies told me they were unable to file because i only had a student form and that it wouldn’t go through, spoke down to me when i asked questions trying to clarify, and then overcharged 2.5x compared to online pricing. but taxes were filed and lessons learned :(
Do not recommend as a place to trust with your taxes. They can be unprofessional for starters nobody wants to watch you yell at your screen. Secondly this business has always stated that if they make a mistake that they promise to take care of it but what they don’t say is you still have to pay for their mistakes and it makes a person feel even worse when they add that if you have any questions about anything you need to pay even more money to get their help.
