Do not recommend as a place to trust with your taxes. They can be unprofessional for starters nobody wants to watch you yell at your screen. Secondly this business has always stated that if they make a mistake that they promise to take care of it but what they don’t say is you still have to pay for their mistakes and it makes a person feel even worse when they add that if you have any questions about anything you need to pay even more money to get their help. Great place, very professional; Carol was amazing!
Dora and Nancy are amazing. They handled the office and phone calls, walk ins and gave 110% focus to my son and my taxes!! They were professional, funny, very transparent with our taxes!!! I'm never leaving!!!!
