Trina was extremely rude. I will not be returning. She rolled her eyes during our appointment and talked in a very demeaning tone. She was also late and didn't mention anything about it.

Trina was late to our appt with no remorse, 1st red flag. She then proceeded to talk down to me after I expressed the price was pretty high and made remarks such as ‘You see this we’re in a building with lights above our head’. She was extremely rude and I wouldn’t waste my time here. I decided to leave and file online, she tossed my ID across the table to me. Trina was rude and unprofessional, not sure how you can work with people everyday and have no customer service skills.
