Trina was late to our appt with no remorse, 1st red flag. She then proceeded to talk down to me after I expressed the price was pretty high and made remarks such as ‘You see this we’re in a building with lights above our head’. She was extremely rude and I wouldn’t waste my time here. I decided to leave and file online, she tossed my ID across the table to me. Trina was rude and unprofessional, not sure how you can work with people everyday and have no customer service skills.
Tina and Diane were very helpful and nice.
Expected more from this place; Patricia does not know what she is doing and gave an attitude because she did not want to do “actual work” instead of relying on a computer to do the work.
I made an appointment because the online program had the tax information wrong, Patricia had no idea what to do and kept getting up to ask coworkers how to file state taxes... wouldn't trust this place if they hire people who can't do basic taxes.
