Really good customer service, but when they went over my Taxes they was going to have me paying over 800 jointly filing and 2400 if separately filing. Went with Turbo Tax and they are getting me close to 1500.00 back. I don't feel like H and R block trys hard enough. I think they need more training as a whole. I've been with them a few years and they have been great and always got me money back but recently they have been extremely in to Money grabbing they will charge you for everything.
