If -5 Stars was an option i would do it! First time going through H&R Block this year (2024) I set an appointment for a quote online. When I arrived I mentioned I was there for an appointment for a quote and to talk about the cash advance. The lady who helped me had 30 years of experience, so I expected the best. This was inaccurate, she didn't know about certain deductions, credits, or how to even use her software and systems. After I started asking questions she said, "we can try".
