Fran did an awesome job with my tax return!
A complete scam. I had one w2 and 2 children to claim and they charged me close to $600. The man who did my taxes couldn’t answer any of my questions and just kept giggling and shrugging to any question and kept having to get assistance from one of the other workers. That was the most unprofessional experience of my entire life. People are friendly, but lack professionalism and expertise necessary to trust with my small business taxes ever again. They are professional
April Willams is terrible. My husband has been calling and trying to finish his taxes. He works 2nd shift and he has explained that to them. Every time he calls it’s she can’t get to the phone or she’ll call back in the morning and she never does. She obviously can’t do what needs to be done. We will never come back to this specific office after his taxes are filed. Worst experience ever . Do not go here if you got a time limit and things to do during the day. Their time management is trash!!
