I went in with a question regarding filing my taxes online via the H&R Block website. They were very kind and helped me out (and were very detailed!) even though they weren't going to make any money doing so. Thanks for the help guys!
Filed our taxes with Aashish who was amazing and seems to love what he does. He eagerly looked for savings for us and gave us great advice to help us for the coming year, and was patient and informative. We already booked with him again for next year!
It doesn't even deserve a single star. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO ANY H&R BLOCK. We were given an appointment, showed up, and there was nobody there. We spoke to the receptionist, and we could leave our forms and return to sign them. I called five days later, and they couldn't find our forms. After being on the phone for about 5 minutes, we were told yes, they are done. We made an appointment to sign them for Monday.
