We got our taxes done with Shari CRITTENDEN at the Bourbonnais location. We were extremely satisfied with how she explained everything! She e then had an issue with taxes from a different year they I couldn’t figure out. She took time out of her day to help us AGAIN!!! I appreciate her going out of her way to help us figure this out!! Definitely will go to H&R Block Every year but especially to Shari!!! Thank you!!!!
