Employee was knowledgeable, but seemed very flustered during the appointment. They weren’t particularly welcoming, had trouble using the technology, and complained about a few small things during the process. I did leave with everything completed as needed, though it was more expensive than I expected. Also - not that they can help it - keep an eye out for panhandlers approaching you from outside the gas station next door.
Worked with Evan and he was awesome. Took us as a last minute walk in. Evan was knowledgeable, pleasant to work with and got us in and fast while still making us feel valued.
