I had Judith prepare my taxes here for the last two years. She does a thorough job with them, especially since I drive rideshare and there's write-offs or there's a mileage route to utilize. The entire office is friendly, and even if you pop in, another employee will help you to address the item or concern. Richard helped me twice when Judith was not there when I popped in for something. I will recommend this office and I find it's location very convenient with lots of parking. It's near Kohls on RHL Blvd.
We have gone to Judy Burgess at HR Block for many years now and would not trust anyone else. We even made sure that she could do our taxes next year since we are moving to NC. Several years back we had filled with another person at HR Block who is now retired and our taxes didn't get filled that year because they had transposed numbers and our taxes were not accepted.
