Wife did taxes on TurboTax, we didnt think the numbers seemed right so we explained it to this location when setting our appointment. While waiting in the lobby (receptionist and manager present) stated again that we were looking to see if they could get us better numbers than TurboTax, if not we would just submit ourselves as we normally do.
