Firstly, I want to start off saying my rep was amazing. I wish I would’ve gotten his name but due to how distraught I was during this appointment I forgot his name. Also I want to say the receptionist Lady was also kind and she was very apologetic to my mom afterwards when she called back to get Matt’s name, this interaction is NOT the fault of H&R Block itself, but it does fall back on Matt’s behavior.
