Last year, using this company. Used them for years. This year, we were told we owed h&r for filing fees from 2021. ????? We filed 22 & 23 no issues, but 2024 we owe from 3 yrs ago?? Then this office couldn't pull up any info, made us contact the corporate office, who just said we owe that. Ok fine, if we weren't on such time restrictions, we wouldn't file this year with them. Funny, they are "accountants??" But they can't invoice customers in a timely matter.
