The location is very convenient, the building is very clean, the staff is super friendly, and their hours are great. Despite all of those points, I am giving it one star. I typically use a personal CPA (but due to my own procrastination I needed a last minute appointment) and normally pay $240 LESS than what H&R Block charged me, and H&R Block assigned me a tax associate, not a CPA. There were multiple workers available during the appointment, and the associate admitted to not knowing how to do rental expenses/depreciation. ... read more
