I hope that in the future, the person who prepares our taxes will also be the one to explain everything to us. It’s important to feel confident that the person discussing our return is fully familiar with the details. Unfortunately, the lady who explained mine didn’t seem very sure of what she was saying, which left me feeling uncertain. I’ve been coming here for the past three years and even recommended a friend, but I’ll likely explore a different tax preparer next year.
