I am very impressed with H&R Block in general, but, especially with my recent experience on the phone with Tracy Pantoja at the 80 Westchester Square location. Tracy went out of her way and helped me locate my tax expert, as I had a few very important questions to ask. Tracy is not my Tax pro, she helped me locate my tax pro, Diana Perez. Tracy was exceptionally helpful and determined to assist me. She was kind, courteous and professional. Thank you so much!

I have always had a good experience at this branch. Thanks for the front desk and my agent Liz they are great. I will continue to go because of the professional atmosphere and welcoming attitude.
