I just called to khow that are you providing any training course.. I got answer from the other side was very rude.. not customer friendly organisation
The two tax preparers Francis and Marjorie were personable and answered all my questions when I needed them answered. They helped me understand specifically how I was owed refunds and broke things down a little better about deductions, tax refunds and answered the questions I had. They did not rush me to get through my taxes. One thing I really like (at least that I saw at the H&R Block in Parkchester near the 6 train line) is that you can see/preview the information the tax preparer is putting in so any errors or other issu... read more
