I normally do not give 1 star reviews. My husband and I are dual military and dropped off our documents in the middle of March. I was told it was a two week turnaround. It’s April 14th and our taxes are still not filed. I’ve used H&R Block at other locations for over 15 years and had much better experiences. I called several times up until today and never received feedback. I’m very disappointed in the service. I picked up my documents and will take my business elsewhere. Do not use drop off services here.
