Where do I start. So the "manager" of this site is a total entitled nightmare. Starts off on the phone a few weeks ago, she says I don't have an appt in there system, when I clearly do because I responded to the text and confirmed it. Once she realizes that, she says that's still not our fault it's the systems.....lol what??? Umm excuse me ms manager that 100% makes it your fault. If I could give a 0 I would. We filed taxes with them and when you try to call they never answer the phones. They also take days to respond back to voice-mail.
Rude and unhelpful. Way to try make people who aren't super knowledgeable on taxes because I don't usually do it feel some kinda way. Shame on you. As an old women you should know better.
