After 13 years with a Quality H & R Block tax preparer... 2026 in Payson, AZ was Hands Down, The Worst Tax Experience hands down in my 44 years of doing taxes. Poor Customer Service, Poor Quality, No Accountability, Well, till I had an H & R Block representative listening over the phone and documenting what I was experiencing ...just trying to get a printout ( I scheduled a 2nd appointment) of my $185.00 paperwork that they had not put in my envelope.
