St Peter’s MO H&R Block years ago they charged me over $400 to do a family’s taxes. Never again. They are dead to me! Stay away from H&R Block

Had to make a couple calls to verify if my taxes were filed. First time I called she said it was waiting for a manager quality approval. Fine, but on April 15th I still did not get a confirmation email. The lady on the phone said oh yeah ! We had trouble with it over the weekend. I will call tech support. For starters, I had a great experience with Joe. He was very helpful and made sure that I understood everything step by step. He was patient with me and took time on every little detail. The issue that came was when I called back the next day and spoke with Steven. Taxes can be frustrating for most people I was trying to understand how to go online and pay my federal versus my state taxes.
