Had taxes done on January 10th and my efile was kicked back due to my “tax expert” spelling my youngest sons last name wrong and even with giving all my documents needed to see names and spelling. Had to do my own detective work to find anything out and not one “expert” could tell me why it’s taking so long. The kick back then triggered my state return to then instead of direct deposit as I set up and double checked to make sure numbers matched was then sent a check and here it is a week after the state says it’s been issued... read more
Had an appointment at 9am. At 9 am that day they call me to reschedule as I’m sitting in the parking lot waiting for them to open the doors.
