Had an appointment at 9am. At 9 am that day they call me to reschedule as I’m sitting in the parking lot waiting for them to open the doors.
Very knowledgeable and friendly
The front desk staff are the only helpful and nice people. Other than that, I was not treated well. Agent did not walk me through anything, as this was not an issue I could work through on my own and I had no understanding of what the process was. Getting information from him was like pulling teeth. After a 20 minute wait, he just bundled everything up and said there you go! That’ll be $70! Have a nice day. What?
